  40.    Delivered through E-mail in one of two versions, plain text or
  41. a DOS/VGA version.  The DOS/VGA version is sent either through
  42. E-mail, encoded, or through file transfer on America Online, 
  43. CompuServe, Prodigy.

  45.    What is an encoded file?  Most electronic mail systems can't
  46. handle binary files.  Binary files are word processor and
  47. spreadsheet data files, and files with a .EXE or .COM extension.

  49. file into an ASCII file, that can be sent through E-mail.  Once
  50. you receive the encoded file(s) through E-mail, you can decode it
  51. to return the file back to its binary form.

  54. encoded files.  UUXFER20 is shareware, if you continue to use it 
  55. after the 30-day trial period you must register it with its

  59.    INEWS Daily can be mailed to almost any E-mail address on:
  60. Internet, AppleLink, America Online, AT&T Mail, AT&T EasyLink,
  61. BITNET, CompuServe, Delphi, GEnie, MCI Mail, SprintMail, and many
